Strengthen daily inspections and periodic inspections of hydraulic systems.
Some major faults of the hydraulic system often have some small anomalies beforehand. Through routine maintenance and inspection, they will be detected early, prevented early, and the faults eliminated as early as possible.
1. Check before starting the pump. Before starting the pump, pay attention to whether the fuel tank is full of oil, and the amount of fuel should be added to the upper limit of the fuel tank. Use a thermometer to measure the oil temperature. When the oil temperature is lower than 10 degrees, the system should be in a no-load state. Run for more than 20 minutes.
2. After using the system for a period of time, if an abnormality occurs, if it cannot be ruled out by external adjustment, it can be disassembled for repair or replacement of parts. Disassembly and repair of complicated hydraulic components should be very careful, so that the manufacturer can repair it.
3. Start the pump and check it after starting. Start by starting, stopping, and repeating several times to increase the oil temperature. After the hydraulic device runs flexibly, enter normal operation. At the same time, pay attention to the noise of the pump. If the noise is too large, check the cause and eliminate it before normal work.
4. Check during system work. When the system is stable, pay attention to the oil volume, oil temperature, pressure, noise, hydraulic cylinder, motor, reversing valve and relief valve at all times. Pay attention to oil leakage in the entire system and vibration.
